Returns and refund policy
If your books arrive misprinted or with damages, Loveworn's policy is to offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund.
Replacements are only given as stock lasts and must be requested within two weeks of the book arriving. We want to make it right! Please see below for details on specific types of damages.
Minor damage:
Minor cosmetic damage (e.g., slight corner dents from shipping) qualifies for either a replacement or a 40% refund of the product price. This includes small dents or edge wear caused during transit.
Major damage:
Items that arrive significantly damaged or unusable (e.g., detached spine, missing pages) will be replaced or refunded in full.
Major misprints:
Visible error or misalignment of design on the outside. Misprint inside that significantly alter the intended experience. (Printing significantly misaligned, missing blocks of words or text due to printer error)
If the product is in a set (for example, 3 book set) and one item was damaged, refunds will be calculated by a percentage of the total value.
Misprints or damages specified on the product page and known at the time of purchase are not included in our refund or return policy.
The following are not considered defects and fall within normal printing and binding tolerances:
- Minor creasing along cover hinges (near the spine) or at corners.
- Slight waviness or rippling of pages
- Small errors, such as misspellings within the book, minor misalignment of graphics, or errors that don't significantly change the experience of that book are all within the margin of error of the book company. We do the interior design of these books in house, with many checks before ordering, but because we're doing design on the entire manuscript, there may be the occasional human error.
